Advised a leading asset manager client on a remediation programme relating to sustainability goals and regulatory compliance and provided strategic and operational support with delivery. Drafted Regulatory requirements, assisted with gap analysis and delivered fair outcomes aligned to regulatory requirements across entity and product level within the permitted timeframe.
Delivered a new Water & Waste fund for a leading European Asset Manger. Supported throughout the on-boarding, authorisation process including product, policy and process design, advice on regulatory requirements, providing document templates for the onshore and offshore application and reviewing the end to end fund lifecycle.
